Sensational Cheese and Awesome service!

Once again, thanks to Sam & team for the high quality of your amazing cheeses. This time I also ordered the sourdough crackers, Silver tongue/Cowboy kisses jam, and butter. Thanks too, for Your wonderful service and the speedy and safe delivery of the product. I placed my order mid afternoon on Tuesday, and it arrived less than 24 hours later at its destination in Canberra. As this was a birthday gift for my sister it was so greatly appreciated by her and all of her family.

A good batch of cheeses

It's always great receiving a batch of cheese like this. Mostly very good. They were out of cultured butter so we received a second truffled cheese. The Noosa White was excellent -very soft and gooey but the rest varied from good to just ok. Cheese with a layer of truffle are not uncommon. We have had some that are almost a religious experience, but this one has such a subtle, thin layer of truffle that it's swamped by the cheese. The washed rind and the hard cheese were nice to eat but feel like something I can easily get at a supermarket. The blue though... I do like blue cheese but this one was wet and really, really edgy. I've had blue cheese go off on me before and this just felt like it was heading that way. I discarded the rest.

I ordered the four pack of cheeses and added the chilli haloumi and biscuits for a family get together. The triple cream Noosa white was the hit of the night. Deliciously runny, creamy smooth and very tasty. My daughter snaffled the haloumi and cooked it up for breakfast with great delight.

I live in Cairns so was concerned about delivery but the parcel arrived still cool with 4 ice packs, now defrosted of course, well it is the summer, but the cheeses were still cool and in perfect condition.

How we Ship

Getting cheese to you is a science which we have mastered.

If you live in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast, we will deliver ourselves in our refrigerated truck. Generally deliveries are on Thursdays and Fridays.

For all other parts, we ship using Australia Post Express service. We ship to every single part of Australia. We only ship on Monday, Tuesday so your order doesn't get stuck in an AusPost hot warehouse somewhere over the weekend. We have created a special insulation system and pack with several gel packs to ensure your order arrives in amazing and delicious condition.

Crappy Delivery?

Nearly always our deliveries hit the mark. But if, by chance that AusPost stuffs up, don't fret as we will replace your order, Free of Charge, and get you a fresh batch of amazing artisan made produce.
